Offering Quality Music Lessons in
Guitar • Piano • Voice • Drums • Bass • Violin
Ages 3 to Adults
WE ARE OPEN YEAR ROUND & THROUGH THE SUMMER!
NEW YEARS RESOLUTION: Learn how to play a music instrument (yourself or your children)

Why more parents and adult students make us the # 1 choice
for Music Lessons in Charlotte:
1- We teach: Piano, Guitar, Drums, Voice, Bass & Violin lessons in 1 location Year Round
Also: Pre-K Music Group, Rock Band Class & Fun Group Guitar
This saves families time and money, as different family members
can take multiple instruments on the same day and many at the
same time. We teach Ages 3 & Up in all levels and music styles.
Because we teach private lessons YEAR ROUND (including
summers), and it is on a Month-To-Month basis, parents can
relax and not worry about each semester enrollment.

Choose 1 instrument per week.
After 4 weeks choose your favorite one to continue.
(Ages 5 to Adults)

2- The largest and most qualified faculty in Charlotte
We have 25 music teachers, all with either university training or professional experience. With at least 2-4 music teachers for every instrument, we are confident that we have the right music teacher to meet your needs. In addition to their credentials, we hire teachers that are extremely friendly, effective, and dedicated to teaching you the style of music that you want to learn.
3- The widest range of lesson times available for busy families
Mondays-Fridays: 4-8pm
Saturdays: 9am-1pm
We are open YEAR ROUND & through the SUMMERS!
4- A proven record of excellence
Every year, aspiring musicians start their own studios and a year or two later they close it, "change careers" or move away. Some independent teachers do not show up for their lessons and many enroll students at the wrong age just for "an extra income". Others, do not teach music notation or provide consistency at all. The worst is that parents are usually the victims, choosing the "nice guy that comes to our house" or "the lady that lives down the street"" without being able to check their
background, information and verify degrees and experience. We know music and music is what we do. Therefore, we know if a teacher knows how to teach notation or not, etc.
At Charlotte Music School we provide continuation & consistency of lessons, year after year.
We have ready teachers to take students at anytime of the year. Our school has a proven track record of offering quality music lessons, year round for over 25 years. We check backgrounds, references and degrees. Our full time mission is to teach only music. Check on "What They Say" to see what students and parents say about us.

5- A comfortable and spacious waiting room with Wi-Fi
Instead of waiting in a music retail store with no seats and feeling the pressure to purchase something, our families and students enjoy our spacious and professional waiting room with comfortable chairs, kids toys, Wi-Fi, water fountain, background music and educational videos playing on our TV for your viewing. You can relax, work on your computer or even watch a lesson!
6- Fully stocked and large lesson rooms
In comparison with other music locations, we have
the largest music rooms in the area.
Each is sound proofed and has observation windows.
Our school is stocked with everything you need for lessons: amps, stereos, Full Acoustic Drum Set, Keyboards, 5 Acoustic & New Pianos, I-Pod access and computers.
Our rooms are spacious, light, decorated with families in mind and comfortable. Each room accommodates up to 4 people observing lessons. We built it with families in mind.

7- Music Technology Lab included in every private lesson
Each private lesson includes an extra 15 minutes of our Music Technology Lab. The Lab has 10 individual computer stations loaded with the latest software in music education for our students.
Our Lab is monitored by a music teacher to help our students learn theory, ear training, music history, music listening, and composition.
Our Software programs are educational, entertaining and they provide measurements for each student's progress. We have invested thousands of dollars in the Lab because we believe in the difference it can make in learning music. Students love it because it helps them learn music theory faster without feeling like they are learning theory.
8- Opportunities for performances & recitals
Recitals: Every May & December, our students perform in our recitals. We have so many students choosing to participate, that we have to rent a hotel conference room to host our recitals.
Volunteering: Two to three times a year we volunteer at Nursing Homes, giving our students an opportunity to make a difference in someone's life using their music talent.
Make-Ups: Students meet others and they perform together with a teacher and/or for one-another.
Free Master Classes: Twice a month our students have the extra chance to learn fun and exciting music in a variety of educational topics and music instruments in a 1-hour master class for free.

9- Located in the heart of North Charlotte
Our central location makes us convenient to all areas of Charlotte. We are 5 miles from Harrisburg, Huntersville, and Concord areas.
We are close to Highland Creek and Mallard Creek neighborhoods.
